Job summary

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is seeking a Gateway Placement Officer to help deliver the Specialist Accommodation Gateway. You will manage referrals across multiple accommodation pathways, coordinate with partners, and ensure timely, fair placements and accurate case preparation for panel meetings.

• Support day-to-day delivery of the Specialist Accommodation Gateway.

• Maintain accurate records across Gateway systems and housing waiting list.
• Support clients with housing applications and explain next steps.
