SPEAR is recruiting for a Housing First Worker in Wandsworth to deliver the Housing First service model and provide personalised support to rough sleepers. The role focuses on collaboration with housing and health services, staff teams, and local agencies to help people secure and sustain independent tenancies.

You will engage with clients, assess needs, plan tailored support, and respond to changing priorities while adhering to trauma-informed, person-centered principles.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people affected by homelessness or complex challenges.
• Ability to build rapport and plan flexible, one-to-one support.
• Collaborate with housing and health services and partner agencies.

Responsabilités

• Deliver SPEAR's Housing First service model.
• Work with staff and management to implement the Housing First approach.
• Support rough sleepers to secure and maintain settled accommodation.
• Respond to changing priorities and coordinate with local partners.
