Job summary

Single Homeless Project is seeking a Specialist Housing First Worker in Camden. You will join a dedicated team to support people with long histories of rough sleeping and complex needs, delivering flexible, person-centred support in homes and community settings.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with health, housing partners and other services to sustain housing, wellbeing and safety while respecting the lived experiences of clients.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people facing multiple disadvantage, including homelessness, trauma and complex needs.
• Trauma-informed, safeguarding-focused practice with empathy and boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible, person-centred support to clients with complex needs.
• Work across community and home settings to sustain housing and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with partners to coordinate services and respond to risk.
