Single Homeless Project is seeking a Specialist Housing First Worker to join the Camden-based team in London. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary starting at £32,034.46 and rising to £35,081.51 per year, reflecting progression during probation and beyond.

You will work with people facing homelessness, trauma and exclusion, delivering flexible, person-centred support in community and home settings.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people facing multiple disadvantage, including homelessness, trauma, mental ill health, substance use or exclusion from services.
• Ability to build trust with clients and engage them at their own pace.
• Strong communication and collaboration with partners and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible, person-centred support to housing-first clients.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and housing options.
• Maintain caseload records and update case notes and plans.
• Support safeguarding and risk management processes.
