Supported Housing Concierge - Night Shift

Supported Housing Concierge Middlesbrough, Elderly Villa, Young Persons Supported Accommodation

Position Details:

• Full-time (37.5 hours per week), working a 4 on, 4 off rota
• Earn £12.60 per hour or £24,638 per annum, with great benefits including a Health Cash Plan

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated night workers to join our growing team at Home Group. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers and premises, supporting vulnerable individuals, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Manage the health and safety of the building, including patrolling and checking fire doors
• Respond to situations promptly, such as investigating suspicious activity or raising alarms
• Support our customers and support network, especially during night shifts
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and order in the premises

Candidate Requirements:

• Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills
• Experience supporting vulnerable populations (public service, military, etc.) is desirable
• Sociable, attentive to detail, and able to intervene sensitively when needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by us)

Additional Information:

• Working hours: 21:45 to 08:15, on a 4 on, 4 off rota
• Regular daytime training and team meetings
• Full support from our wider team, including out-of-hours emergency support
• Due to sponsorship restrictions, we are unable to offer sponsorship to external candidates at this time
