Job Description - Housing Concierge (25746)

Location: Middlesbrough, Webb House Supported Accommodation

Type: Permanent, Part-time (35 hpw), working 4 days on and 4 days off rolling rota.

Salary: Earn £12.60 ph or Salary £24,638 pa [pro rata], with benefits including Health Cash Plan.

Are you a night owl? Prefer working through the night? We’re seeking a dedicated night worker with alert skills to join our team as a Supported Housing Concierge. Your role involves ensuring safety, security, and a welcoming environment for our vulnerable customers.

Typical shift as a Housing Concierge:

• This role is active and involves more than just monitoring CCTV or patrolling.
• Be the first support contact for our customers when other support is unavailable.
• Manage health and safety, conduct patrols, check fire doors, and ensure the premises are secure.
• Respond promptly to situations, investigate suspicious activity, raise alarms, and engage emergency services if needed.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and tidiness around the premises.

You bring:

• Experience supporting vulnerable individuals, possibly from public service or military backgrounds.
