Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Morden is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to provide a focused management service for residents in Over 55's schemes. You will manage access for residents, contractors and visitors, and act as a key-holder to secure communal areas and facilities.

• Good customer care skills to provide a focused management service to residents in Over 55's housing schemes.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with residents and internal teams.
• Strong time management to organise workload and prioritise tasks.
• Working knowledge of IT systems to support housing management activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage building access for residents, contractors and visitors.
• Act as a key-holder to ensure security of communal areas and facilities.
• Be the first point of contact for residents and coordinate with internal teams.
• Travel across the region to cover schemes as required and cover Oaks Court as base.
• Use IT systems to support housing and building management activities.
