Job summary

Berneslai Homes in Barnsley is recruiting an Anti Social Behaviour Officer to work in our Neighbourhood service. You will investigate low and medium level ASB complaints, support tenants with complex needs, and help empower them to sustain their tenancy.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 / BTEC or equivalent, and experience in social housing. You will liaise with internal teams and partners, document case files, and contribute to reducing ASB while prioritising tenant safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing is preferred.
• Ability to provide customer focused and responsive services.
• Understanding of Equality and Diversity in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Act as advocate for customers regarding housing related ASB issues.
• Conduct proactive investigation of low/medium level ASB and prepare quality case files.
• Lead low/medium level ASB cases and support Neighbourhood Officers.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to address ASB.
• Support continuous improvement and tenant satisfaction in ASB management.
