Derby Homes is seeking an Allocations Officer to join the team. The role is homeworking/office based with a 37-hour week, permanent contract, and a salary scale of £27,274 - £29,071.

You will contribute to the effective advertising and allocation of available properties managed by Derby Homes, working closely with internal and external partners. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service, great communication, and the ability to resolve issues.
