Housing Adviser needed in Warwick

The rate is £14.37ph PAYE.

This is a temporary role.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will:

• Provide an excellent, customer-focused housing allocations service.
• Process housing applications and offer advice on housing allocations and homelessness.
• Provide general advice for the housing service.
• Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and accurately, acting as the first point of contact where possible.
• Assign work to the appropriate Officer when further action is needed.
• Assist in operating the allocation system, managing and updating the housing register, registering applications, and determining banding of new applications in accordance with policies.
• Maintain casework records and validate applications.
