Job summary

Providence Row is seeking a dedicated support worker to help people experiencing homelessness in Tower Hamlets. You will deliver person-centred assessments, agree support plans and move-on actions to secure accommodation and access specialist services.

You will collaborate with partner agencies, build relationships with housing providers, and make referrals to local authority housing options, contributing to a stronger, solution‑focused service for those in need.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering support to people experiencing homelessness.
• Ability to conduct person-centred assessments and plan progression.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to refer to Tower Hamlets and Pan-London housing options.
• Experience working with partner agencies.
• Solution-focused and strengths-based approach.
