Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for our Lancashire hotel. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, welcoming and guest-ready, with attention to detail and a friendly, can-do attitude.

You will work closely with front desk and maintenance teams, handle in-room amenities, and follow health and safety standards to deliver a seamless guest experience. Previous housekeeping experience is beneficial, and flexible working hours are available.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming.
• Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with eye for detail.
• Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels.
• Replenish in-room amenities and beverages.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow health, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Support with special requests and guest services.
• Work closely with front desk and maintenance.

What you'll be doing...

• Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to.
• Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every room is guest-ready.
• Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels, keeping everything looking fresh and inviting.
• Replenish in-room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need.
• Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.
• Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience.
