Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management in Lancashire is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for our Lyndene-Hotel property. You will maintain spotless guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming space guests love to return to.

You will work closely with front desk and maintenance, refresh in-room amenities, report issues promptly, and uphold health and safety standards to guarantee a safe, comfortable stay for all guests. Flexible shifts available in a people-first hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• A positive, can-do attitude, with a passion for creating a welcoming environment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with other team members and respond to guest needs.
• The ability to work efficiently, staying organised and focused during busy shifts.
• A team player who’s flexible and willing to help wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to.
• Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every room is guest-ready.
• Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels, keeping everything looking fresh and inviting.
• Replenish in-room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need.
• Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.
• Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience.
