Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our hotel team in London. You’ll help deliver a spotless, welcoming environment for guests, maintaining high cleanliness standards every shift.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming.
• Clean, dust, vacuum and polish with attention to detail.
• Change linens, make beds and refresh towels.
• Replenish in-room amenities and ensure guests have what they need.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to keep rooms in top shape.
• Follow health, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Support with special requests and extra amenities as needed.
• Collaborate with front desk and maintenance for a seamless guest experience.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPER AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

• Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to.
• Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every room is guest-ready.
• Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels, keeping everything looking fresh and inviting.
• Replenish in-room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need.
• Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.
• Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience.
