Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to warmly welcome guests and manage check-ins/check-outs with care and efficiency.

You will be the first point of contact, assist with bookings, and coordinate with different teams to ensure a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Be the friendly face that welcomes guests, making first impressions memorable from check-in to check-out.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between, helping guests settle in smoothly.
• Be the go-to person for guest questions, directions, and local attractions.
• Process bookings and payments with precision, ensuring accurate details.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to handle guest requests quickly.
• Keep the front desk polished and inviting for every visitor.
• Manage calls, emails, and reservations efficiently, staying calm under pressure.
• Go the extra mile for special requests to enhance guest stays.
