Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is looking for a friendly Guest Service Assistant to welcome guests, manage bookings, and assist with check-ins and check-outs at our Maidenhead hotel. You will work with housekeeping and maintenance, handle guest enquiries, process payments, and ensure every detail is accurate for a smooth, memorable stay.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain a sharp, inviting front desk environment and professional vibe.
• Manage calls, emails, and reservations with efficiency.
• Go the extra mile for special requests to enhance stays.
