Job summary

Staycity Group is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to help maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across our properties. You will support the housekeeping team and help uphold SOPs, ensuring guest rooms meet Staycity's quality benchmarks.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and ready to learn; full training will be provided. This on-site role offers flexible patterns and opportunities to grow within a hospitality-focused company.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is helpful but full training will be provided.
• Adaptability: Ability to respond quickly to feedback, guest needs, and operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Assist Housekeeping with SOPs and uphold standards.
• Maintain property's presentation and hygiene; inspect rooms and perform duties as required.

What you can do for us:

• Assist our Housekeeping team in implementing and upholding the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our Housekeeping department, ensuring strict adherence
• Assist with maintaining the property's presentation and hygiene standards, consistently meeting the company's high-quality benchmarks, inspecting all rooms, and assisting with all general housekeeping duties as and when required
