Job summary

The Royal Oak is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. You will work with a busy team to ensure guests experience wonderful stays in immaculate rooms, delivering the highest level of hospitality and service.

You will communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, stay calm under pressure, and uphold brand standards, policies and procedures to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have a keen eye for detail and enjoy meeting targets.
• Great communication skills and comfortable interacting with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of hospitality.

We're looking for a detail orientated and passionate Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping team.

As a Housekeeper, you will work as part of a busy and vibrant team who ensure that all of our guests experience wonderful stays in immaculate rooms.

Your day to day as a Housekeeper;
