Job summary

Thwaites is seeking a detail oriented and passionate Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping team. You will work with a busy team to ensure guests experience wonderful stays in immaculate rooms.

The role offers a competitive salary dependent on experience, with benefits including access to wage advances, health cash plan, discounts, and training programmes. 28 days leave (33 after 5 years) and enhanced family pay are also part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of hospitality.
• Strong communication with guests and team.
• Ability to meet targets and work calmly under pressure.
• Keen eye for detail in bedroom cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of hospitality.
• Responding to guest comments and issues in a professional manner and rectifying any problems as soon as possible.
• Cleaning of bedrooms to required standards within a set time frame.
• Ensuring hotel procedures are followed at all times.
