Job summary

Verde Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Dundonald Links in Gailes. The role is permanent and full-time, with a 40-hour week including weekends and bank holidays, offering a competitive hourly rate.

You will lead a small team, manage rotas and training, ensure stock levels and proper laundry flow, and maintain high standards of guest accommodation and service. Flexibility is essential to suit business needs and to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our UK

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping supervisor role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to achieve the highest standards in the Housekeeping Manager's absence.
• Collect laundry, clean guest accommodation and deliver clean laundry while ensuring stock levels are accurate.
• Ensure the team promptly reports any lost and found property.
• Complete staff rotas.
• Ensure that staff are trained.
• Manage the motivation and any issues within the team.
