Job summary

Verde Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team at Dundonald Links, Gailes, United Kingdom. The permanent, full‑time role offers 40 hours per week at an hourly rate of £12.71, with weekend and bank holiday shifts.

You will supervise a small team, manage laundry collection and delivery, ensure room cleanliness and stock accuracy, prepare rotas, and train staff while maintaining high standards in the manager’s absence.

• Driving licence and ability to drive are advantageous.

Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Dundonald Links in Gailes. Fantastic hourly rate of £12.71!

This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.

About the role

Main responsibilities:

• Lead a small team to achieve the highest standards in their work in the Housekeeping Managers absence.
• Work alongside the team to collect laundry, clean guest accommodation and deliver clean laundry while ensuring stock levels are accurate.
• Ensure the team are promptly reporting any lost and found property.
• Complete staff rotas.
• Ensure that staff are trained.
• Manage the motivation and any issues within the team.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage in order to enable an easy commute.
