Job summary

Ukme is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee operations across London properties, lead housekeeping staff, and ensure top cleanliness and service levels. You will manage rosters, monitor performance, and support stock and contractor coordination.

The role requires COSHH and health & safety training, plus proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Driving licence is desirable for site visits and related duties.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated housekeeping supervisory or management experience.
• COSHH, manual handling and health & safety procedures certification.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; clean driving licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations for assigned properties and ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Organise staff rosters, monitor performance and provide training.
• Maintain stock levels, manage supplies and assist with contractor supervision.
• Coordinate with departments and manage end-of-season cleaning and special tasks.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up.
