Job summary

HotelCare in the United Kingdom is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead a busy housekeeping team across guest rooms and public areas. You will collaborate closely with the Head Housekeeper to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction while maintaining efficiency and high standards throughout hotel premises.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in housekeeping, strong operation knowledge, and the ability to organise rotas and training.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Check the quality of rooms in a fast-paced environment.
• Organise staff rotas and support the Head Housekeeper.
• Work with the supervisory team to maintain standards and service levels.
