Aethos London Shoreditch is seeking a Kitchen Porter to wow our guests and help maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere in our bar and restaurant. Your role includes keeping cleaning schedules up to date, working efficiently in a busy kitchen, and collaborating with the Lead Kitchen Porter and Back of House Manager to uphold our standards.

• Ideally you would have previous experience gained in a similar ‘Lifestyle’ boutique hotel or destination fine dining restaurant
• A genuine passion and a creative flair
• An eye for detail and an understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service

• Ensuring cleaning schedules are maintained at all time
• Be able to work efficiently and accurately within a high pressure, high volume kitchen
• Collaborate with the Lead Kitchen Porter and Back of House Manager
• Comply with all company and unit policies with regards to Health & Safety, Food safety, Allergens, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH

THE ROLE

As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for wowing our guests and making them feel at home in our Aethos bar and Restaurant.
