Aethos London Shoreditch is seeking a Waiter to deliver exceptional service in our Café & Members area and Restaurant. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a smooth dining experience in a stylish, boutique hotel setting.

THE ROLE

As a Waiter, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home in our Cafe & Members and Restaurant

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

• Provide exceptional quality service to guests in a quick and efficient manner in line with hotel and brand standards
• Be comfortable in your ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
• A good working knowledge of all food products - particularly the style and concept, as well as a good working knowledge of all beverage products. (Excellent training will be given!)
• Greet guests, take orders, serve and take payment in line with Aethos philosophy and standards
• Read tables and understand guest needs and dislikes

ABOUT YOU

• Ideally you would have previous restaurant experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar 'Lifestyle' boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar
• Have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people
• Have great communication skills, a sense of humour and a welcoming smile
• An understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service
• An eye for detail and be immaculately presented
