Job summary

Crimson Hotels Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure brand standards are met across our properties in the UK. You will allocate tasks, inspect rooms and facilities, manage stock and support safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe guest environment.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a solid understanding of health and hygiene regulations, with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Allocate daily work assignments to team members.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, service areas, corridors and storerooms.
• Report maintenance issues or defects found.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and stock control.
• Oversee processes such as lost and found, key control, security and emergency protocols.
