You will allocate duties, perform routine inspections, log defects, manage stock and equipment, and support security and emergency procedures to achieve 100% guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping coordinator experience is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities are essential.
• Ability to respond flexibly to guest requests and situations.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work duties to Team Members.
• Perform routine inspections of rooms, service areas, store rooms and corridors.
• Report and log maintenance defects found in rooms and assigned areas.
• Manage stock control and the maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor housekeeping procedures, including lost and found, key control, security and emergencies.
