Job summary

Crimson Hotels Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure brand standards are met across our properties in the UK. You will allocate tasks, inspect rooms and facilities, manage stock and support safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe guest environment.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a solid understanding of health and hygiene regulations, with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.

What your day will look like?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of housekeeping operations, in line with hotel brand standards. Your duties will include allocating daily work assignments to team members, conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, service areas, corridors, and storerooms, and reporting any maintenance issues or defects found. You will manage housekeeping supplies and equipment effectively, ensuring proper stock control and maintenance. In addition, you will assist in overseeing key housekeeping procedures, including lost and found, key control, security, and emergency protocols, helping to maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
