Job summary

Crimson Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the DoubleTree by Hilton London West End, a 275-room property with three meeting rooms and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

You will lead a team, allocate duties, conduct routine inspections, and ensure brand standards while delivering an outstanding guest experience. A proactive, communicative English speaker with a flexible approach to guest requests is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping supervisory role.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to respond flexibly to guest requests.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work duties to Team Members.
• Perform routine inspections of rooms, service areas, store rooms and corridors.
• Report and log any maintenance defects found in the rooms and assigned areas.
• Manage, efficiently, stock control and the maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling housekeeping procedures, including lost and found, key control, security and emergency procedures.
