Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in Manchester is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Head Housekeeper in maintaining the Leonardo standard across the hotel and to lead the day-to-day housekeeping operations. You will train new team members, collaborate with other departments, and ensure rooms are inspected and stock levels are kept in check to meet targets and guest expectations.

The role focuses on motivating the team, distributing room lists, and driving productivity while delivering memorable

Qualifications

• Previous Housekeeping experience in a similar position preferred.
• A passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Once you'll be part of the team, you'll be part of the Leonardo community of over 55 hotels across the UK & Ireland! The Housekeeping Supervisor will support the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Housekeeping department, as well as supervising day to day operations. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of the team as you'll be working with the Head Housekeeper to inspire and motivate the team, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us. Take a deep breath because you'll be stepping into a busy role! You'll be creating and distributing room lists to the team, ensuring that the department's productivity is aligned with targets, and inspiring the team to exceed our guests' expectations.

• Work alongside the Head Housekeeper to maintain the Leonardo standard in the hotel

• Bring your warm personality with you every day as you'll be collaborating with other departments within the hotel
• Keep an eye on the details: you'll be inspecting rooms and maintaining stock levels

Previous Housekeeping experience in a similar position preferred.
