Job summary

Verde Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Dundonald Links, Gailes, United Kingdom. This permanent, full-time role covers 40 hours per week and includes weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to meet business needs.

You will lead a small team, oversee laundry, clean guest rooms and ensure stock levels are accurate. Training, communication and a positive team dynamic are key to success.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role.
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
  • A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage for commuting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team to achieve high standards in the Housekeeping Manager's absence.
  • Work with the team to collect laundry, clean guest accommodation and deliver clean laundry while managing stock levels.
  • Ensure staff promptly report any lost and found property.
  • Prepare staff rotas.
  • Ensure staff are trained.
  • Manage team motivation and resolve issues within the team.

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Dundonald Links in Gailes. Fantastic hourly rate of £13.21!

This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role
Main responsibilities

The successful Housekeeping Supervisor will

  • Lead a small team to achieve the highest standards in their work in the Housekeeping Managers absence.
  • Work alongside the team to collect laundry, clean guest accommodation and deliver clean laundry while ensuring stock levels are accurate.
  • Ensure the team are promptly reporting any lost and found property.
  • Complete staff rotas.
  • Ensure that staff are trained.
  • Manage the motivation and any issues within the team.
Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage in order to enable an easy commute.
