Job summary

Verde Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the Dundonald Links team in Gailes, Scotland. This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week with an hourly rate of £13.21.

You will lead a small housekeeping team, ensure guest rooms and laundry are serviced to the highest standards, manage rotas, training, and stock control to maintain exceptional guest service. Driving licence is advantageous for travel between resorts.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable an easy commute.

Responsibilities

Lead a small team to achieve high standards in the Housekeeping Manager's absence.
Collect laundry, clean guest accommodation and deliver cleaned laundry while keeping stock levels accurate.
Ensure the team reports lost and found property promptly.

Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Dundonald Linksin Gailes. Fantastic hourly rate of £13.21!

This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.

About the role

Main responsibilities:

The successful Housekeeping Supervisor will

Lead a small team to achieve the highest standards in their work in the Housekeeping Managers absence.
Work alongside the team to collect laundry, clean guest accommodation and deliver clean laundry while ensuring stock levels are accurate.
Ensure the team are promptly reporting any lost and found property.
Complete staff rotas.
Ensure that staff are trained.
Manage the motivation and any issues within the team.

Requirements:
