Fairmont St Andrews in St Andrews, Scotland, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Executive Housekeeper. You will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness and comfort, and contribute to delivering a memorable luxury experience.

Lead a large team of Room Attendants, deliver daily briefings, coach staff, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service, VIPs, and high standards of presentation.

Qualifications

• Coaching Room Attendants throughout the daily operation, providing feedback to enhance quality of their work

Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised, luxury experience to all guests, building relationships and anticipating their every need. As Housekeeping Supervisor you will assist the Executive Housekeeper with the day‑to‑day running of the Housekeeping department. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.
