Job summary

Verde Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the Dundonald Links team in Gailes, Scotland. This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week with an hourly rate of £13.21.

You will lead a small housekeeping team, ensure guest rooms and laundry are serviced to the highest standards, manage rotas, training, and stock control to maintain exceptional guest service. Driving licence is advantageous for travel between resorts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
• A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable an easy commute.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to achieve high standards in the Housekeeping Manager's absence.
• Collect laundry, clean guest accommodation and deliver cleaned laundry while keeping stock levels accurate.
• Ensure the team reports lost and found property promptly.
