Signature at Ascot are holding weekly drop-in sessions on Tuesdays from 12pm to 5pm. You can pop in at any time and meet our friendly team. There will be opportunities to have a look around our beautiful home and speak to our teams about available opportunities. If you bring your updated CV, you may be able to have an interview on the day!
Our residents are our focus at Signature, and their comfort and safety are paramount. Your responsibilities will include the efficient and cost-effective running of all housekeeping services, equipment checks, preventive maintenance, and providing a high level of service through efficient staff and cleaning rotas.
Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness are vital, as they build confidence in our service delivery. You will handle complaints promptly and directly, report them to the hospitality manager, and ensure lessons are learned for the future. You must have excellent knowledge of COSHH regulations and ensure all staff are trained accordingly, maintaining maximum levels of cleanliness, health, and safety.
This role is internally called Hospitality Supervisor. You will work across departments including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Wellbeing & Lifestyle. Responsibilities will vary depending on the department supported each shift.

You’re a confident leader, experienced in managing a busy team with supervisory experience, COSHH, and Health & Safety knowledge. You’re IT literate, flexible, a great workload manager, calm under pressure, energetic, passionate, proactive, adaptable, and able to work outside normal hours in emergencies. A full, clean driving license is a significant advantage.
