Job summary

Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire is inviting applications for a housekeeping role to maintain the outdoor spa terrace, laundry area, and occasionally the bedrooms. You will work with the Head Housekeeper to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

The role offers 0 hours per week with 5 days out of 7, covering 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm shifts. Full flexibility is required to meet the needs of the team and business.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Solid understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spa terrace cleanliness and order.
• Clean outdoor furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
• Manage spa facilities hygiene including hot tubs and pools.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store linens and towels.
• Replenish amenities and keep laundry area tidy.
• Complete extra tasks as directed by supervisors.

The Role:

To work collaborativelywith the Head Housekeeper in ensuring the cleanliness, organisation, andgeneral maintenance of the outdoor spa terrace, laundry area, and, whennecessary, the bedrooms. These areas should be maintained to the higheststandards of hygiene and appearance.

Role Specification:

• Ensure thecleanliness and orderliness of the spa terrace.
• Regularly check andclean outdoor furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
• Maintain the hygieneof the spa facilities, including hot tubs, pools, and other equipment.
• Assist in sorting,washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
• Replenish amenities.
• Keep the laundry areaclean, organized, and free from obstructions.
• Completing extra jobsas instructed by Housekeeping Supervisors, Deputy Head Housekeeper andHead Housekeeper.
• Report anymaintenance issues to the Head Housekeeper promptly.

Shift Patterns:

• 0 hours per week
• 5 days out of 7 perweek
• 6am - 2pm
• 2pm - 10.00pm
• Note:Full flexibility is key as you will beexpected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team andthe business
