• Proven experience leading a housekeeping team in a hotel or similar environment.
• Empathy, fairness and clear communication in leadership.
• Organised, detail-focused and capable of managing schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support the housekeeping team, providing regular coaching, feedback and performance development.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces meet high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
• Recruit, train and develop team members and support their roles.
• Develop and maintain housekeeping procedures for clarity and quality.
• Plan and manage rosters, allocate tasks and ensure daily duties are completed well.
• Monitor and control housekeeping budgets, labour and supplies.
• Manage stock levels and cost control for supplies and equipment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns with care and efficiency.
