LGH Hotels Management Ltd is hiring a Hotel Maintenance Manager for Hull Humber View Hotel, Signature Collection By Best Western. You will lead maintenance operations and ensure safe, smooth day-to-day hotel functioning.

Responsibilities include managing the maintenance team, planning preventative maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring budgets and energy use, and coordinating with contractors to deliver high-quality hotel upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or hospitality facilities management.
• Proven leadership of a maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel maintenance operations and ensure high standards.
• Allocate tasks, schedule rotas, and guide the maintenance team.
• Carry out regular inspections to minimise disruption and downtime.
• Design and implement preventative maintenance programmes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, costs and compliance.
