LGH Hotels Management is hiring a Hotel Housekeeping Manager for Hull Humber View Hotel, Signature Collection By Best Western. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensuring every guest room and area meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

The role focuses on training, rostering, budgeting and delivering exceptional guest care in a dynamic hospitality setting. Based at Hull Humber View Hotel, you will drive procedures, maintain quality, and foster a motivated team culture

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness, comfort and care throughout the hotel.

You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces are maintained to the highest standards. Through clear communication, training and positive leadership, you will help create an environment where people feel confident, valued and motivated to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support the housekeeping team, providing regular coaching, feedback and performance development
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces meet consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation
• Recruit, train and develop team members, helping them feel confident, capable and supported in their roles
• Develop and maintain housekeeping procedures that provide clarity, consistency and quality
• Plan and manage rosters, allocate tasks effectively and ensure daily duties are completed to a high standard
• Monitor and control housekeeping budgets, including labour and supply costs
• Manage stock levels of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost control
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns, ensuring issues are resolved with care and efficiency
