Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Organising staff rotas.
• Checking the quality of rooms in a fast paced environment.
• Supporting the Head Housekeeper and supervisory team.
• Training and developing the Housekeeping team.
• Maintaining HotelCare and client standards at all times.
• Meeting daily targets.
• Complying with health and safety policies and logging maintenance issues or incidents.
