Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a busy housekeeping department in a fast-paced environment.
• Organise staff rotas and allocate tasks.
• Collaborate with the Head Housekeeper to maintain standards.
• Support the housekeeping team with training and development.
• Maintain Company and client standards at all times.
• Meet daily targets and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Comply with health and safety policies and report any issues.
