Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a busy housekeeping department in a fast-paced environment.
• Organise staff rotas and allocate tasks.
• Support the Head Housekeeper and supervisory team.
• Train and develop the housekeeping team on standards and processes.
• Maintain HotelCare and client standards at all times.
• Meet daily targets and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Comply with all health and safety policies and report hazards.
