Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee a busy housekeeping department and support the Head Housekeeper in delivering high standards of cleanliness for guests and hotel premises.

You will organise staff rotas, monitor room quality in a fast-paced environment, and train the team while ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Organising staff rotas.
• Checking the quality of rooms in a fast-paced environment.
• Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper.
• Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.
• Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times.
• Meeting daily targets.
• Comply with all company health and safety policies and record any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
