Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee a busy housekeeping department in our client hotels. You will lead a team to ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, maintaining high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper.

The role requires supervisory hospitality experience, strong team coordination, and a flexible, hands-on approach. We offer on-site training, a permanent position with flexible hours, and progression paths including

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Working in fast paced high energy environment and checking the quality of rooms.
• Organising staff rotas.
• Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper.
• Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.
• Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times.
• Meeting daily targets.
• Comply with all company health and safety policies and record any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
