Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee a busy housekeeping department. You will work with a team to ensure guest and hotel areas are spotless while upholding high guest satisfaction and efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper.

The role requires supervisory experience in hospitality, strong housekeeping knowledge, and a proactive, safety-conscious approach to daily tasks. On-site hours with potential weekend shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a busy housekeeping department and ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Organise staff rotas.
• Support Head Housekeeper and supervisory team.
• Provide ongoing training and development to the team.
• Maintain standards set by HotelCare and client at all times.
• Meet daily targets.
• Comply with health and safety policies and report maintenance or safety issues.
