Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead a busy housekeeping team on site, ensuring rooms and public areas meet the highest standards and guest satisfaction is achieved.

You will organise staff rotas, support the Head Housekeeper, coach the team, and maintain safety and quality across all duties in a fast-paced environment.

This permanent role offers flexible hours, training on-site, and progression opportunities within HotelCare, with a focus on delivering excellent service to our clients.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in hospitality, especially housekeeping.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality of rooms in a fast-paced environment.
• Organise staff rotas and coordinate with Head Housekeeper.
• Support supervisory team in training and development.
• Maintain standards set by HotelCare and client.
• Meet daily targets and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Comply with health and safety policies and report issues.
