Job summary

The Celtic Manor Resort, part of The Celtic Collection, is seeking Housekeeping Associates to join our award-winning team. You’ll help create clean, welcoming spaces that guests treasure, by ensuring every room is spotless and comfortable for arrival.

Whether you have housekeeping experience or a keen eye for detail, you’ll thrive in a busy, supportive environment, work with a friendly team, and contribute to memorable guest experiences across our UK hospitality network.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.
• Good eye for detail and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear understanding of English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms to high standards.
• Clean stayover and check-out rooms efficiently.
• Remove room service trays and items in guest rooms.
• Report maintenance issues to keep facilities in good condition.
• Help keep guest corridors, lift areas and back-of-house spaces clean.
• Work as part of a friendly team to deliver a great guest experience.

We're looking for Housekeeping Associates to join our award-winning team at the iconic Celtic Manor Resort. As part of our Housekeeping department, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests by ensuring every room is spotless, comfortable and ready for their arrival.

Whether you have previous housekeeping experience or simply have a great eye for detail and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to our high standards
• Cleaning stayover and check-out rooms efficiently and thoroughly
• Removing room service trays and any items left in guest rooms
• Reporting maintenance issues to help us keep our facilities looking their best
• Helping to keep guest corridors, lift areas and back-of-house spaces clean and tidy
• Working as part of a friendly team to deliver a great guest experience

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have a good understanding of English
• Take pride in their work and have excellent attention to detail
• Be reliable, hardworking and positive
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
