Job summary

The Club Company in Colchester is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team, ensuring spotless rooms, safety standards and guest comfort. You will manage shifts, inspect work quality and coordinate deep cleaning to maintain pristine facilities.

You will collaborate with other departments for events, monitor supplies, and report maintenance needs. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will drive service excellence across our vibrant hospitality locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
