Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management in Leeds is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming. You will maintain high cleanliness standards and respond to guest needs with a positive, can-do attitude.

You will tidy rooms, change linens, refresh amenities, report issues promptly, and collaborate with front desk and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role rewards teamwork and attention to detail.

• Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every room is guest-ready.
• Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels, keeping everything looking fresh and inviting.
• Replenish in-room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need.
• Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.
• Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• A positive, can-do attitude, with a passion for creating a welcoming environment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with other team members and respond to guest needs.
• The ability to work efficiently, staying organised and focused during busy shifts.
