Job summary

Quantum Care in Harlow (Tye Green Lodge) is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain high cleanliness standards across the home, ensuring residents are safe, comfortable and have a welcoming environment through a compassionate approach. You'll perform full housekeeping and cleaning duties, assist with laundry, follow health and safety policies, and contribute to a small caring team.

Housekeeper you will maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the home, ensuring residents are safe, comfortable and have a welcoming tidy environment, through compassionate and person-centred approach to supporting resident's wellbeing.,

• You'll help create a homely and caring atmosphere for our residents and ensure the quality of their lives is maximised.
• Provide a full range of housekeeping and cleaning duties, ie sanitising rooms, bathrooms, communal areas and changing and making beds, with cored disposal of waste.
• Provide support with Laundry duties including replenishing linen and supplies
• Following health and safety policies and procedures. You must have relevant experience or willing to learn the necessary skills.
• A positive, caring, and respectful attitude towards residents.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene, and infection control.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic., An Overseas Police Check/ Certificate of Good Conduct may be required if you have lived or worked outside the UK for 12 Months or more, spent a significant period overseas, or worked abroad in a position of trust.
